Are all coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions are fully confidential. I am governed by the WACN (World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience) code of conduct. This ensures fully confidentiality.

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?

Coaching deals with the present. It looks at issues that you are having in your life right now, with a sole view of finding a positive solution to move forward in your life and thrive. Coaching helps you discover your own strengths and identify your blockers Psychotherapy differs in that it can deal with issues from the past and may involve unpacking your past in depth.

Are all sessions done online?

All sessions can be done online via secure Zoom meetings at a time that suits your schedule. Corporate customers where there are multiple coaching sessions per day can be facilitated at your offices. Please contact me to discuss.
